Why we experience itches during or after shower?

Hello guys! I learnt the hard way how to avoid itches after shower! Firstly I'd like every one to know thier skin type! Dry, oily,combination of both and the rest!so you know how to cater for you skin!and again I will like to state that itching after shower is not normal!three weeks ago I experienced severe intches all over my body !and it happened every time I took my bath!so I did a research as to why!One of the reason of itches after shower is taking too long in the bathroom, the skin has vital oil that helps us to fight bacterias, spending too much time in d bathroom readily dehydrate the skin of those vital Oil'And using hot water also dehydrates the skin! Leaving it dry and naked making it prone to itches..in other to avoid itches and uneasiness of the skin its better to use mild or warm water and spend lesser time in shower!
