Tonsilloliths-smelly clumps coming out of the throat

 A lot of people today go through it,it's a smelly yellowish little ball that comes out of the throat..it's called Tonsilloliths and are normally caused by the accumulation of food debris and mucus secreted from post nasal drip trapped in the tonsils. While regular mouthwash can remove the debris and kill bacteria inside the mouth, it is difficult to clean tonsils and inner side of the throat. This little yellowish ball can cause serious bad breath with foul smell,even with a mouth wash u will still feel that odd smell in your throat,because The smell comes from bacteria that has been trapped inside the tonsil...
There is no treatment but keeping a good oral hygiene and gargling with warm water and salt before going to bed may help. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to prevent these from occurring. 
But again I heard a permanent solution to the problem is getting your tonsils removed.but you and I know we are in Nigeria and a lot of people here are skeptical about surgery..I recommend you cleanse your throat with warm nd salt water religiously and try to cough the smelly stone out when ever you feel it in your throat ! Rinse with salt water and generally keep your mouth clean..
