Women's health! Why you should avoid foreign bodies like Alum or vaginatightening stick in your private part!!

According to satistics a lot of women take in foreign bodies through their vagina just to make it tighter.Alum'a strong chemical component or vagina tighting stick,which ever it is' it's very dangerous ..The chemical used in these sticks or wands dry's out the V'making it shrink In an unhealthy way. 
‘The lack of wetness and pain from the resulting abrasions may also cause the pelvic floor to spasm during sex'in an abnormal way and this will tighten the vagina opening which can make insertion painful with bruises.
Anything that drys the vagina are known to increase the transmission of sexually transmitted infections which can make sex painful for women.
The vagina is meant to be cared for ! It's fragile and thus it will contract  and retract itself naturally or with the help of kegels exercise ..
